Processing & Shipping Times


Orders typically ship within our standard processing timeframe.

Once shipped, please allow 10–15 days for your order to arrive.


Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume periods.



Order Tracking


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.



Multiple Shipments


Some items may ship separately based on availability.

If your order arrives in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number.



Address Accuracy


Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Cupid’s Room is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.



Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages


Once an order is shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery.

If your package is lost, delayed, or shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.

Shipping Fees
