Refund policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on unworn clothing items that:
- Are in original condition
- Have original tags attached
- Are in the clear garment packaging with the SKU label
Exchanges are not accepted.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Window
- You must request a return within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.
- After your return request is approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days.
- For orders delivered in multiple packages, the return window begins when the final package is delivered.
Items shipped back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or we made a shipping error.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria may incur a 20% restocking fee or be declined.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Beauty products
- Bodysuits
- Face masks
- Intimates/Lingerie
- Jewelry
- Swimwear
- Openpack Wholesale Orders
- Any discounted or sale merchandise
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please contact us immediately with photos so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Return Processing
Once your return is delivered to our facility:
- Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
- You will receive an email confirming the status of your return once it has been completed.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
